Still…Surf Africa.

It’s a descriptive narrative given by a foreign journalist on the state of ICT in Nigeria/Africa and how due to improper management, infrastructure is being left to languish.
Its 4 years since the article was written and we have experienced some changes albeit marginal but then a lot of the arguments still ring true…
